ADRIENNE MORGAN HAMMOND

VITA

Regardless if she´s working in front of the camera, giving a workshop or performing on stage, it´s not easy to forget having seen or met  Adrienne Morgan Hammond. After graduating from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (Pasadena), Adrienne moved on to work as an entertainer in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Paris, Wien and numerous cities across the United States of America and Europe. Her work has ranged from powerful stage performances to singing jazz with a silky smooth touch. She also has worked as choir and workshop director. Starting at an early age, she has written an amazing amount of arrangements for singing groups of various sizes; in March 2010 she brought out a CD of original compostions; her song „Don´t You Agree“ was selected as the international Hynm for the Christopher Street Day activities in in Europe (2002) where she currently resides. She has worked with such artists as: Al Jarreau, The Weather Girls, 4 The Cause, The Kelly Family, Joy Fleming, Paul Kuhn and more. Currently she is  performing as a solo singing artist with her husband and pianist, Marco Morgan Hammond and a new support group called „Adrienne & Friends". True to her roots (her Mother was born in New Orleans), Adrienne sings jazz, soul and gospel music with a uniqueness and a passion that speaks through her voice and very being. Her motto is: music breathes life into your soul. After years of performing and teaching in Germany, Adrienne is now planning to return to her acting roots.
